Task: Obtain Sign-Off On Knowledge Exchange
Once all the activities are completed as per the Knowledge Exchange Plan and Knowledge Exchange Acceptance Criteria are met, sign-off must be obtained from the relevant stakeholders. The unresolved issues, if any, should have a plan to take it to closure and must be agreed by all the stakeholders before obtaining the sign-off.

The Engagement Manager (Transition) and the Knowledge Exchange Lead must obtain sign-off on the Knowledge Exchange once the assessment is through.

 

There are two steps that need to get completed for sign-off by delivery:

 

  • Review of Knowledge Exchange activities in accordance with the Knowledge Exchange Plan and the Knowledge Exchange Acceptance Criteria defined in the Prepare And Design phase
  • Resolve all outstanding issues or transfer them to the Service Delivery Team before seeking acceptance.

Typically, for any exceptions to the Knowledge Exchange Acceptance Criteria or any unresolved issues,  the transition team will provide a plan for the delivery team to complete the work. The final acceptance will be from the Capgemini Delivery Manager, Client, other Capgemini service lines and all other stakeholders.
